On the company Company “Credit- rating” is created in Kiev in 2001 as the Ukraine's first specialized rating agency, which renders services in the region of the independent estimation of solvency of the subjects of adoptions with awarding of internal credit it is rating. Credit rating - this is the universal tool of the estimation of the level of the credit reliability of borrower as a whole or with respect to his separate bills (bonds, loans). Credit ratings are appropriated to enterprises, to banks, insurance companies, to organs of local self-guidance about the national scale of credit it is rating, specially developed for evaluating the level of credit risk due to the conditions of Ukrainian market. Agency “Credit- rating” - the independent private company, before the structure of property of which are not represented the public organs, financial institutions or investment companies. For guaranteeing the objectivity of estimations, the agency is not a participant in the financial market and does not appear after the creditor of the [reytinguemykh] companies. Agency uses the methodologies of the estimation of risks, which correspond to the standards of the leading rating agencies of peace.
